It was Priyanka who persuaded Shahid to come on a show hosted by a TV news channel for its Greenathon event. Priyanka roped in Shahid for the event. Says a source, "PC and Shahid have been talking regularly on and off the sets. She even asked him to participate and give away solar lanterns to a few villages. Shahid was very interested and decided to lend his support. It's nice to see that they are slowly but surely getting back to being friends."
