Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra: What's going on?

Alot has been said about how actors Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra are increasingly getting closer to each other. There’s buzz now that the two stars have apparently become wary of talking to each other in public as the curiosity around them is growing by the day. But on Friday evening, pictures started going viral on Twitter and other online sites, which show their comfortable body language at a reality show on which they were slated to make an appearance.Shah Rukh and Priyanka sat side-by-side and whispered into each other’s ears, as the paparazzi had a field day. Sources say, it was during this time that a couple of people surreptously switched on their mobile phone cameras and recorded the two share some laughs together.

Apparently, Shah Rukh and Priyanka were not even supposed to meet each other on these sets if sources are to be believed. According to sources, the time given to Shah Rukh was 4 to 6pm, while Priyanka was to come in between 6 and 7pm. The way the schedules were planned out, sources say, Priyanka’s slot was supposed to start at least half an hour after SRK. Under normal circumstances, the two actors might not have met because they were on two different time slots. But that didn’t happen. “Shah Rukh got late and informed through his staff that he wouldn’t be able to arrive before 7pm. When Priyanka learnt about it, she decided to wait till Shah Rukh came. The shoot also didn’t start as PC waited for Shah Rukh,” says a source. Shah Rukh, who was in a hurry to go for an awards function later, decided to quickly wrap up the shoot,but apparently was not surprised to see Priyanka waiting, say sources. “They shot their segments separately, but in-between spent some time together. Shah Rukh even asked the crew members to wait for sometime as he wanted to catch up with Priyanka before he left,” the source adds.

Recently, the 'Hum Tum' director approached Priyanka for a role opposite Sasha in his directorial venture. Rumor has it that if all goes well, then this might be the couple's second film together after 'Kaminey'.

A source close to Priyanka told Mumbai Mirror, “Kohli spoke to Priyanka. She loved the script and her role. She is trying to work out the dates.”

So, Priyanka has no issues working with Shahid now? “None. Shahid and Priyanka were very good friends and they remain so,” said Priyanka’s friend.

Recently on 'Koffee With Karan', Priyanka and Shahid did their best to dodge Karan's every possible attempt to let the cat out of bag, but the couple's more-than-friendly attitude and comfortable body language spoke volumes on the off-screen chemistry they share.

Meanwhile, when asked, if both Shahid and PC have agreed to work in his film, Kunal Kohli laughed and said, “I have locked Shahid. But I won’t tell you the name of the girl I am in talks with.”

Recently, multiple tabloids reported that the consistently on-off couple has been spending quality time post their devastating break-up.

Not only did spectators from the sets of 'Koffee With Karan' revealed that Priyanka and Shahid rode off for a bike ride after the show, but the lovey-dovey couple was spotted spending quality time in a spa resort in Himachal.

Given that Kunal Kohli's last release 'Break Ke Baad' did not do well at the box-office, the director-producer might need a hit on-screen couple to make work wonders for him.

All is hot but not well

A French manicured birdie who was present backstage at Umang 2010 -- the annual Police Mela -- called to say that Priyanka Chopra may be telling the world that she and Kareena Kapoor have buried the hatchet. But it's far from true. 

The birdie was flapping her wings backstage when she saw Priyanka go up to Bebo and say 'Let's forget what has happened and begin anew'.

And Bebo just gave her the famous Poo 'Whatever!' look and continued with what she was doing. Doesn't look like the Kapoor girl is in the mood to forget.

Priyanka Chopra: ‘One Up’ on Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Vidya Balan and Deepika Padukone!

Why Piggy is chops one up on the other bevy of actresses? Well, according to the latest buzz, actresses like Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Vidya Balan and Deepika Padukone, were all supposed to be appearing in one of the scenes in the film‘Jaana Kahan Se Aayi Hai’, by Milap Zaveri.The beautiful ladies had agreed to do the extra scene.

Reportedly, the director wanted many leading stars to be featured in this flick, as he had said that the film had no original big star in its casting. The lead female is being played by Jacqueline Fernandez, who has only one film to her credit so far.(‘Aladin’), and the male star is Riteish Deshmukh.

Then, a very common problem with bollywood appeared again to play spoil sport! As the director wanted to shoot the extra sequence in a hurry, he approached the ladies concerned. But, all of them had to back out due to date clashes with other shoots. But, it was Priyanka Chopra, who had just arrived from the US then after a shooting schedule of ‘Anjaana Anjaani’, came to the film maker’s rescue. She agreed to appear in the sequence, and thus, the other girls were shoved out casually by her cool presence.

Nevertheless, the director agreed that it would have been nice if the others would have also been included. But, how does he plan to accommodate so many characters in his script? One may ask. Aarey bhai, actually the film has a bollywood background, as Reiteish is an Assistant director and an actor called Ruslaan Mumtaz, plays the role of a super star.So, many real life celebrities were required in the film, you see?
